About The Staff Member

Dr. Andoh is an expert in Institutional Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation, with over 15 years of experience in higher education and training. He has a strong interest in national innovation and technology systems. He has collaborated with international institutions such as Tshwane University of Technology; and the Vaal University of Technology in South Africa, and the United Nations University-INRA in Ghana, among others. As an Institutional Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (R, M & E) expert, Dr. Andoh has worked on the planning and implementation of higher education and grants management programs and has extensive project management experience with NGOs, universities, industries, and research institutes.

He has served as a reviewer and editor for various newsletters and research outputs, including reviewing applications for visiting scholars at the United Nations University and editing the WISE Insight Newsletter at CSIR-STEPRI.

Dr. Andoh was also a visiting professor at Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland, focusing on higher education collaborations and the world of work.
His current research interests include higher education monitoring and evaluation, research policy, research quality, research evaluation, peer review, institutional evaluation of research, policy impacts, grants, research practices, research organization-industry relations, comparative empirical studies, scholarly publishing, and research impact.
