Dr. Rose Omari conducts food, nutrition, agriculture, science and technology policy studies. She also conducts consumer studies in relation to food and nutrition issues and impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation of food, nutrition and agricultural programmes.
Dr. Rose Omari also engages in the promotion of safe food production and consumption of safe and healthy food through education and training, advocacy and food safety-related infrastructural improvement.
